My service advisor, Brooke went over and beyond to assist me in getting my car serviced and repaired, not just once, but twice. Her knowledge, professionalism, communication and her customer service skills w me in getting my car serviced and repaired, not just once, but twice. Her knowledge, professionalism, communication and her customer service skills were top notch. I was very impressed by her knowledge. I will continue to take my car to BMW of Sarasota. They provided a video and a description of everything that was done and inspected on my car. The check-in process was quick and easy. More

Got us checked in quick and said we could leave and they would notify us when the repair was complete. We were informed that the programming update can sometimes can take awhile. We opted not to wait due to the information provided. The car was done approximately 3 hours later. Overall a pleasant experience. More
