I have been a BMW dealership car owner for the last 40 years of my life until I bought my Mercedes-Benz from Sarasota BMW two years ago. However, I am still a client at BMW. I have always valued the great years of my life until I bought my Mercedes-Benz from Sarasota BMW two years ago. However, I am still a client at BMW. I have always valued the great customer service and the relationship I have had with BMW and its employees. I called BMW last week because I had a flat tire. It was the rear passenger tire and when I called BMW, I told them I would like to replace both rear tires. Brooke, who works in the service department told me to bring my car there and she would immediately have another car so that I could leave BMW to go back to work and she would replace my rear tires and call me when it was done. When I arrived at BMW Brooke said. Whoops We don’t have a car for you to take and we don’t even have the tires that I thought we had to replace on your car. My car has the Goodyear run flats on it. Another service advisor came and looked at my car and told me I needed all four tires changed. I didn’t think I did but he convinced me that I did and I was gonna get a discount of $150 and a rebate that I could apply for. So I decided to get the Perelli run flats because those were in stock they sent me home in an Uber told me that they would have my car ready before they closed at 7 o’clock and that they would either deliver my car or Uber me back to BMW to pick it up . Never heard from anybody 7 o’clock the next morning I called and asked Brooke what happened to my car and if it had been serviced and if it was ready and I asked why they didn’t call me so that I could’ve picked it up . Brooks reply was she went home sick ! What does that have to do with the service of my car and the responsibility of getting it back to me so that I could go to work ? . Brooke told me the car was serviced and at 9 AM she would have someone bring it to my house. No one came to my house at 11:00 AM. I had to call BMW once again. I was told that Brooke was extremely busy and I spoke to someone else with regards to me getting my car. They told me that they would go and tell Brooke that I needed my car and ask her why it wasn’t delivered. I never heard back from anyone, not even Brooke ! So I called back again around 130. I got apologies from whoever I spoke to, but that was not helping my situation for work. My car was delivered to me at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I’m very disappointed with BMW service and the lack of concern to get me back my car. Once you got my car in that shop and you got my $2000 for new tires I was dumped.!!!!! More

Brooke went the extra mile getting our car repaired. She asked the technicians to work after hours to find a way to repair the display module in our BMW 320i. They fixed it! Brooke was a terrific service advisor. She was very helpful. I was able to get a loaner and able to have the loaner picked up from my house in my car delivered to me which saved me two hou She was very helpful.
