You couldn't ask for a more thorough, courteous advisor than Brooke Ranger. The low rating is for Infiniti, not Brooke. I'm having problems with my screen blacking out on my 2019 QX 60. They had the car than Brooke Ranger. The low rating is for Infiniti, not Brooke. I'm having problems with my screen blacking out on my 2019 QX 60. They had the car for 2.5 weeks and couldn't get the problem to occur so they said there was nothing they could do at this time. I was told to take pictures or video when it occurs (usually on the freeway) but it happens when I'm driving so that would require me to pull over. Again, Brooke is awesome and I have to thank her for all she did. More

Brooke Ranger is awesome! Had an issue with my New QX60, we were given a loaner vehicle to take home she kept me up to date on what the problem was and my vehicle was back to Had an issue with my New QX60, we were given a loaner vehicle to take home she kept me up to date on what the problem was and my vehicle was back to me sooner than expected, she went the extra mile to make sure she took great care of us along with Danny Villareal in the parts department. Brooke is professional and straight forward. The part needed for my leak was not available so Brooke had it ordered and called me to schedule a drop off as soon as it was in. She had everything in place for me to just drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner, which made life easier. I didn’t have to wait much just sign a few docs and I was on my way. They had to take my transmission out and repair a leak which did not take long at all. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday at 4pm and it was ready for me to pick up Friday. I am a repeat customer Went in for Oil Change and was met by Brooke Ranger who is always in good spirits and a smile on her face. I also spoke with Denia Hernandez the receptionist she's always eager to help and make you feel at ease she's like family. John Mania was also pleasant and helpful no pressure. Went for an oil change left with a new 2022 QX60. Our sales rep Jorge Aragon who got us into our 2020 QX50 in Dec.2019 went above and beyond to make sure we were on the same page as to what we wanted and understood everything about the vehicle since my 2019 QX60 did not have the features the 2022 has. Manuel Fuente who was there to help with paperwork with his cheerful and happy self the whole team made it all worth it in the end. I would recommend Infiniti of Ontario to anyone interested or not! If you are looking to buy or lease a new vehicle, I suggest talking to Jorge Aragon he won't disappoint! Drove in with a 2019 QX60 Drove out with a 2022 QX60 one happy customer!! More
