Brooks knows OUR Honda Car had flashing check engine light requiring immediate attention. We went to the closest garage and they mentioned tune up and something with the ign Car had flashing check engine light requiring immediate attention. We went to the closest garage and they mentioned tune up and something with the ignition, I sent a text to Brooks Falzone on a Saturday and he replied immediately. He suspected something different and offered to call the independent garage directly. He determined that the car was safe to drive and scheduled us in first thing Monday. His suspicions were correct and the repairs were covered by Honda (repairs worth $1800)! Thank you Brooks. More

Excellent service and knowledge. Talking with Brooks while shopping for a new CR-V sold me on Crown Honda. While I was there purchasing the new car Brooks scheduled my Ridgeline for s Talking with Brooks while shopping for a new CR-V sold me on Crown Honda. While I was there purchasing the new car Brooks scheduled my Ridgeline for service the following Monday for airbag replacement. I've tried several times at other dealers to schedule this repair, but the wait times were ridiculous based on part availability. Brooks had the part in stock and was able ensure the repair was completed efficiently on Monday. I won't take my Hondas anywhere else. Sure to recommend Crown to others I know. More
