Hands down the best of the best Brooks is a fantastic service representative. He is always so friendly and so helpful- really he makes a kinda tough thing (dealing with car maintenan Brooks is a fantastic service representative. He is always so friendly and so helpful- really he makes a kinda tough thing (dealing with car maintenance) a breeze! I just let him know I have time and he fits my car right in for the work it needs. I have a totally awesome experience every time I work with Brooks. Additionally he is personable and friendly so it makes getting my car worked on a pleasant experience (even when I owe money)! Thank you Brooks you are the best thanks for always being so friendly, working with my tight schedule and helping me keep my car on the road and in tip-top shape! More

Disorganized Unprofessional Terrible Service I had an appt and Bob greeted me rudely. No one helped me check in paperwork or shuttle service I was there for 45 minutes just to check in! I was tre I had an appt and Bob greeted me rudely. No one helped me check in paperwork or shuttle service I was there for 45 minutes just to check in! I was treated like I was invisible. After receiving no update nor help after 20 mins I had to walk into the service manager’s office just to get help! What are the staff members doing? Why is it my fault 3 service techs called in sick? I had called in two weeks advance to schedule this. It has now become a bigger inconvenience because I’m now late to my next appt because I was stuck here for almost an hour JUST TO CHECK IN More
