Trusted dealership I have had a great experience here. Am a college student and did not know who to trust to bring my Accord to in town. I was greed upon arrival promptly and courteously, and was told tha I set an appointment with Crown Honda to have the Passenger Airbag recall handled. I was greed upon arrival promptly and courteously, and was told that Brooks Falzone would be my Service Manager. Brooks was excellent! He told me it would take about an hour, and he was correct. This was my first time at Crown Honda because we moved here in late June. Their Service Department is top-notch, and Brooks is excellent. I'd certainly recommend Brooks and the Crown Honda Service Department to any Honda owner in the area. More

In addition to the usual service, he made sure warranty service was done so that my warranty now Brooks Falzone recently provided excellent service. In addition to the usual service, he made sure warranty service was done so that my warranty now extends for an additional 30,000 mileage. He explained how the warranty works if I am away from home. He also showed me some "secrets" on working the radio. I am a low tech type guy and never knew what the buttons on the steering wheel were for. I will be sure to ask for Brooks in the future. While visiting Treasure Island area from Ohio, I needed to locate a local Honda Dealer for an oil change.
