Brooks Falzone is always pleasant and efficent. My only problem is not with him or the dealer. I have had many autos thru the years and this is the only car that the upholstery has not lasted. The car is 5 years old. Yes, I have a dog ... but the seat is down more than it is up, the dog usually sits in the front or is tied in the back with the seats down, and I park in a garage when I am home. More
