I arrived at the Service Department and was greeted inside by Brooks Falzone. Within seconds Mr. Falzone was gathering information from me and had me promptly checked in for service. He was very informative on what I would experience from start to finish and at the same time he was extremely professional and courteous with attention to every detail. The Honda Pilot was a recent purchase that my wife and I made. Upon picking the vehicle up the following day Mr. Falzone had me promptly checked out and walked me to my vehicle. Many features on this vehicle that my wife and I had yet to discover, but not to worry, because Mr. Falzone gave me the Honda Pilot 101 crash course on the many features. Thank you Crown Honda for staffing people like Mr. Falzone that take pride in what they do and for putting a customer at ease during the entire process.
