Bruce was great and so was the parts person who replaced the battery in my key fab and the person who took my payment. I had an oil change. I received the form with all the boxes checked. The service advisor and tech were amazing. Efficient and kept me up to date during my wait. My only complaint would be the scratches my car received during the wash process. I notified staff immediately to prevent any other customers from experiencing the same thing. Obviously, it wasn't staff error but issues with carwash. The vents above the parts department inside the waiting area are in need of a thorough dusting but otherwise, the place was clean and staff were all helpful and friendly. More
