The service & gratitude I received (especially from Nick) was worth while. I was greeted very warmly, well updated, & all my concerns & questions were answered. I found theBruce to be very professional and felt I was not being talked down to as a woman … however when I paid she was very abrupt, and very unfriendly… just flat answers ,not trying to be thankful for not being talked down to as a woman … however when I paid she was very abrupt, and very unfriendly… just flat answers ,not trying to be thankful for my business… definitely could do better at that window! Annoyed to get an email that I have a recall one day after I’ve been there … what’s up with that ?? And when I asked her where was my car…. usually right out front … it wasn’t and service was gone … iI walked around trying to beep it 🤨 More
