Disappointed I have an issue with my Sienna that the sliding doors sometimes don't close. They close approximately 3/4 of the way and then open. I then have to m I have an issue with my Sienna that the sliding doors sometimes don't close. They close approximately 3/4 of the way and then open. I then have to manually close the door. I brought it to Glen Toyota and Bruce (service writer) observed the issue. They replaced the hinge to the driver's side sliding door and ordered one for the passenger door. The delivery of the second hinge was delayed several times and I told Bruce that I was moving and gave him my cell phone number. I never received a call and did not bother following it up with Bruce. That's the difference between good service and poor service, and the reason for the poor rating. I am not blaming Bruce for the issue with the sliding door or the delay in receiving the part, just the fact of no follow up phone call. More

Thought I had a bigger problem, they had a simple fix I was having intermittent problems with my tire pressure light coming on. Even went to a tire place who said the tires were fine and that it was prob I was having intermittent problems with my tire pressure light coming on. Even went to a tire place who said the tires were fine and that it was probably the indicator light or reset switch. Toyota checked it and said it was the tire pressure not the light, that they recommend in colder weather filling tires above the stated pressure which the tire guy used.
