Very Accommodating! While visiting Des Moines from Carmel, IN a trouble light appeared on my dash. Audi Des Moines service department was very accommodating, and although it took some time they were able to get my car into the shop for a thorough check. During the eval of my car Bryan sent me a video detailing his inspection. After a good report, a reset of the indicator and no further issues I was on my way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audi of Des Moines for service work. More

Rude Service The service provider whom I spoke with said “this is not an Audi!” I bought my car at your dealership and he only was concerned about how much he was The service provider whom I spoke with said “this is not an Audi!” I bought my car at your dealership and he only was concerned about how much he was going to charge me per hour after he learned I had a BMW. I have bought two cars at your dealership and enjoyed the process of buying the cars and the people were pleasant. I also have a lifetime agreement for oil changes at your establishment. Now I wonder why? More
