There are not enough stars on this page for this dealership!!! Last and certainly not least I have to give it to Bryan. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and what made him stand out to me the most is that he remembered our first conversation when I purchased my Forte. That was a huge wow factor. He asked about my day and saw how I kept looking and the new Kia Stinger they had. He asked if I wanted to take it for a spin while I waited, and of course I said yes. I am a huge sport and muscle car Girl and was elated he asked. He walked me through all the specs bells and whistles and showed me he value Kia puts into their products. People truly understand Kia cars, and I am completely blown away by how awesome that model was. The thing that really made this part of my day meaningful is the fact, I already have a car and definitely am not in the market for getting one at this time. However Bryan created a valued experience by planting a memorable seed. I have found my new dealership home and will be back when that time arrives. All in all as you can tell I am truly excited and enjoyed my visit with Kia today. Thank you thank you Kia team for all your hard work and thank you Bryan for setting the bar for customer service!!!! A true blessing My family have been unlucky when it comes to cars. We always thought buying cheap was the smarter move but in the long run it was the far more expens My family have been unlucky when it comes to cars. We always thought buying cheap was the smarter move but in the long run it was the far more expensive one. Especially when these decade or over a decade old cars would die on us. We went to a few dealerships and were unhappy with the customer service that was given to us. But when we came to the Auburn hills Kia, a weight had been lifted and it was truly a breath of fresh air. Bryan made my mother and I feel so welcomed. He truly cared about our situation. He was persistent in us walking out of there with not one but two cars! His caring and empathetic personality made us feel so comfortable. Thanks a million! More
