I walked into the dealership without an appointment at almost closing time and walked out with a car. Bryan stayed over after closing along with the finance team to get me approved. My credit was in rough shape but from the start Bryan assured me that he could get the job done and he did. He also recommended the tire and rim warranty with my car and I will say I cannot thank him enough for that recommendation. 19" rims and low profile tires in Michigan is not a good combination however, the warranty has covered 4 tires and a cracked rim in a years time!!
