I ordered a 2022 X3 with the Shadowline package. It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appoin It was delivered without the black grill. I have owned or leased more than 44 cars since 1975 and I have to say, leasing my 2019 5 series under Bryan was the easiest piece of business I have done. My loyalty for over a decade has been to WG and the Cesarini family. I can only hope that the new owners appreciate what they have in Bryan and others - Amy and Lenny and Rich in Service - etc. How that plays out will determine whether people such as myself stay with BMW of Fort Washington. And yes, David Sloane, who runs BMW of Devon, has tried to woo since I knew him as a Flyer and covered him when I worked for Comcast SportsNet.
