I'm in Maryland and found a BMW x3 listed at Ft. Washington, PA. My inquiry got an immediate response from Bryan. He was very patient with me as I asked him many questions about the car. He provided Washington, PA. My inquiry got an immediate response from Bryan. He was very patient with me as I asked him many questions about the car. He provided full disclosure on all aspects of the vehicle. What sold me on getting the car from him was when he offered to arrange for delivery (all other dealerships in the area balked at shipping the car to me). He set up a video call walk-through of the car and kept me informed on each step of the process - guiding me correctly the whole way. If you want an honest and reasonable person to work with when getting a car, I highly recommend requesting for Bryan. He's very responsive and fair. When sending paperwork for me to sign, he made sure to send the package next day air along with a return envelope and made certain to tag each spot where I was supposed to sign. More

I ordered a 2022 X3 with the Shadowline package. It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appoin It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appointment to have the correct one installed with a courtesy car and did not charge me for the installation. This is my 3rd BMW from West German. Great customer service. More
