My Mother, Edith Burdis, stopped in today without an appointment concerned about a noise in her Crosstrek after hitting a large po customer service. Bryan welcomed my mother and offered to take her car on a test drive and inspect it for damage. None was found thankfully and before returning her car to her he even washed it! My "Check Engine" light came on Thursday afternoon. I called and was told to bring the car in at 3pm. I did so and by 3:45 they had diagnosed the problem, had the solution, and offered me a loaner ve I called and was told to bring the car in at 3pm.
