Everything about my appointment was fine until I got the price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different pl price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different places and all of the prices I received were less than half the price! I got the battery and had it installed elsewhere for less than 300 dollars!!! Subaru needs to do better when it comes to prices of parts!!! More

Had an 8:30 AM appointment and had to wait 2 hours because they were busy. Not understanding why you make appointments and then don't pay attention to the time because you are busy.
