Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Bryan was great(he was curteous,waiting rooms are very nice) but I have noticed the last (at least) two times I visited there for oil changes it has Bryan was great(he was curteous,waiting rooms are very nice) but I have noticed the last (at least) two times I visited there for oil changes it has taken longer than it has in past visits. This is my third Forester. You have set high expectations for service time for oil changes at the Dealership (even without appointments) and for me, the last two times you have fallen a little short. I am still a Subaru fan but have been a little disappointed lately. Maybe my expectations are a little too high for the oil change service? More
