Came for my annual state inspection. They always do a good job and advise me regarding upcoming services that will be needed. My service visit was smooth and quick. Was able to have a delicious cup of coffee (or 2!!) while I waited. Need to switch out the two chairs by the service desk door with 2 others... Every time I take my car in for an inspection it cost me at least $600.00. That is not going to happen again. Next time I will request my car be returned and I will find a mechanic that charges a reasonable at least $600.00. That is not going to happen again. Good people to work with. One compaint is the use of coupons. Dealer sends 4 monthly coupons, but can only use 2 at one visit. Took my car to this dealership for service, not my retail dealership. the service department here was so much more professional. Bryan answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns and was willin dealership. the service department here was so much more professional. Bryan answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns and was willing to fit me in the next day. I explained that I was on vacation till later that week. He fit me in on the next Monday and took care of all my concerns. It was even a bonus that all was covered under warranty. More
