In all my years of car ownership, including 4 Subarus, Kenny Ross has the Best Service Dept and Sales Staff. Mike Siefers was my Advisor for this trip and he did an excellent job helping me. I also met with Howard, the Service Dept Manager, and he was very helpful in actually getting me back home due to road construction. I can't say enough how fantastic this place is. I tell EVERYONE I talk to who is thinking about buying a Subaru to go to Kenny Ross. Their competition in my area, Sendell (which is closer to my home) and Cochran are not very good. They never offered me the Subaru loyalty when I was looking to trade in my previous Outback. And Sendell would not honor the Gold warranty I had on that car. Kenny Ross is the BEST SUBARU DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPT in my area! More
