After identifying a very minor issue with an installed part, Kenny Ross wowed me with their response! They sent a driver clear up to Butler with a courtesy car, drove my vehicle back down to Kenny Ross, h part, Kenny Ross wowed me with their response! They sent a driver clear up to Butler with a courtesy car, drove my vehicle back down to Kenny Ross, handled the issue, drove my car back up to Butler, retrieved the courtesy car and left me with a courtesy gift certificate for an oil change . The gas used in my car was even replaced. Now that is great customer service. The driver was very pleasant, polite and helpful also. Although it is a significant drive and takes some time, I will probably make the trip up whenever I need any type of service. There is another Subaru dealer only 5 to 8 miles from my home in Butler but they are not known for their service and Kenny Ross has been very good with each transaction. More
