I had a scheduled service appointment for 10 am. Almost an hour later and my car still not brought in to be worked on. The service advisor then came out and told me the mechanic is currently doi Almost an hour later and my car still not brought in to be worked on. The service advisor then came out and told me the mechanic is currently doing a job on someone else's vehicle and he'll work on mine after that. Why did I even bother to schedule an appointment???? Yes they put me in a loaner since it would now be several hours until my car ready. But I had to drive 35 minutes back home then drive 35 minutes back to get my car when it was done (2:45 pm) and this messed up my entire day!!!. More
