This would have been a solid five, but the service department did not wash my car. As I was leaving, I saw other vehicles being washed..If you're going to advertise this as a perk, then follow throug department did not wash my car. Service Dept. Damaged my car while doing inspection and didn't tell me. Service manager greeted me when u cane to pick it up which I thought was odd. She stood at my driver door with the door open and stated I'm the Service manager, is everything to your satisfaction? Meanwhile the door they damaged was opened so I could get in. After returning home a few days later I discovered the curled the bottom edge of my driver door. Yellow specks if paint on the area that is damaged. Which appears that they opened my car door and rammed into the lift arm while on the lift. The damage is noticeable from looking at the door on the outside. They never bothered to tell me they did this to my vehicle. My son is a mechanic and stared the technician would have knkwn he did this. To boot, this was an inspection appointment. They didn't bother to tell me that my wiper blades were bad. A few days after inspection it was raining hard and when I put my wipers on, I discovered that the blades are coming off. Plus the last two times i was there, they told me the washed the car. Well not a drop of water on the car and still had the same dirt and bird poop all over it, so i would say, they did not wash the car. I discovered all this after the inspection so I'm sure it's my word against theirs. I will NOT go back Kenny Ross Subaru! I mean accidents happen, you speak up and admit to the accident. Not just brush it under the rug like nothing happened and not say a word. More

My intent was to drop my vehicle off, get a loaner, and return once my vehicle was fixed. (I even asked for a loaner in my online appointment booking and called that morning to make sure a loaner would be return once my vehicle was fixed. (I even asked for a loaner in my online appointment booking and called that morning to make sure a loaner would be available) I ended up waiting at the dealership 2 hours and 15 minutes before getting my loaner car, when I knew I was going to need a loaner anyway. It took them a long time to let me know what was going on. I would have appreciated a little more consideration. I did not want to waste over 2 hours of my day there but ended up doing it anyway. Not a great experience. I came back the next day and my car was ready and it drives great now. More
