Looked at my vehicle on Wednesday, told them I was coming on Friday to pickup. When I got there on Friday, vehicle was not detailed nor filled up with gas. Ultimately with the 4 yr old child we had with us, we had to get the vehicle and leave. Waterstops and stickers left on the vehicle and interior was never cleaned. Nothing against the staff more or less a process issue that I hope they fix! At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase, just wish more was done to prepare my vehicle. More
