Bryan stood out to me in two areas; first he was very knowledgable about the vehicle and secondly he put no pressure on us to purchase the vehicle. Finally, when we went to pick up the car Bryan stayed past his normal work hours to make certain my daughter was familiar with how the vehicle functioned and confirm that her phone connected properly and was operational. To me, Bryan went beyond his normal responsibilities to ensure that his customer was satisfied. More
