I haven't experienced better customer service at any dealership I've been to. Bryan went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted and love. He is very knowledgeable and always made himself available when I had questions about the car I was purchasing. Bryan is extremely kind, funny, and truly cares about his customers. He was sweet to my mom and that meant a lot to me. For this reason, I decided to go with Weeks Pre-Owned Dealership, which is an hour away from my house, instead of a dealership that is about 5 minutes away from where I live. My mom bought her Audi A4 from Danbury Audi a few years ago and she received good customer service as well. I would recommend my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy a high quality car to go to see Bryan LeBlanc at Weeks Pre-Owned. You won't receive a better car buying experience anywhere else. I can't say enough about how wonderful Bryan LeBlanc was to my family and I throughout this process. If I could give him a million stars, I would! More

After I had a less than desirable visit at another dealership, my son and I stopped in at Weeks Certified Preowned on Mill Plain where we met Bryan. Patient, polite and knowledgable is how I would describe him- we came back 2 more times and he was just as patient and sweet as the time before. He answered every question and did not pressure us at all. I have already shared his info with friends who are looking to buy and will continue to refer as many people as possible. Weeks is lucky to have this guy on their team! More

He answered my emails in a timely manner, and was even competition for my humor. We were shopping for my son who had, had a bad experience the weekend before at another dealership. Bryan assured me that would not happen and he delivered on his word. Not only did we find a great, reasonable priced car, but we got to take it the same day. Being as that both my son and I are OCD, that was the best. Anthony in finance was right on the ball with this. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team. They are caring honest and reliable. Today, thanks to technology and internet, an educated buyer knows all the numbers, benefits of the car, ratings etc etc, so when I sat down with Brayan it was his ability to not waste my time but to search for the best option for me. By asking some quick probing questions it didn’t take long for him to zero in on a few options. He took it upon himself to prepare the necessary background to confirm to me that my purchasing decision was in fact not only a good deal but that he would be with me thru-out the purchase process. In all my years purchasing and leasing automobiles, Bryan was by far the best sales representative for a brand I ever had. Professional in every manner including taking the necessary time to review ALL workings of the car. He never rushed me through the process and took care of every aspect of the purchase.
