Bryan was very unresponsive when I requested my deposit be returned when I decided not to move forward with leasing a vehicle from Golling. It took over a week to get the deposit back after calling/texting be returned when I decided not to move forward with leasing a vehicle from Golling. When I spoke to a Sales Manager, he was also unprofessional and did not call me back as he said he would when the credit was complete. More

This was not the first vehicle I leased from Golling. I came back after leasing from another Chrysler Dealership, After the Christmas holiday Bryan reached out to me Because my current lease was coming t I came back after leasing from another Chrysler Dealership, After the Christmas holiday Bryan reached out to me Because my current lease was coming to an end. After meeting Bryan, he appeared to a salesman you could talk too, He was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. Once I pick up my vehicle, he walked me through most of safety features I was not aware of.
