Scheduled a recall for a Ram Diesel - The recall was related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take a diesel tech" to fix. So my diesel truck, scheduled for a diesel recall sat for a full day that I could have used it waiting for a "diesel tech" to work on it. Not blaming Mike (although I ended up calling for updates several times), but if you are going to schedule a vehicle for a diesel repair, you should have a diesel tech ready to work on it. It seems like Golling service has gone down from what I used to experience. They used to be much more customer focused. More

I have bought several cars from Bryan and have always had a greAt experience, this was no different , in fact it was even better. He worked very hard to fing me a car with options that i wanted. Had to make a greAt experience, this was no different , in fact it was even better. He worked very hard to fing me a car with options that i wanted. Had to make more make so many cars. He gives great advice and always so professional. So hard sell, but works very hard. My only negative of whole experience, as usual, is Chrysler trying to sell me an extended warrenty or tire warrenty. More

Dropped my car off the night of 6/6/21 to have a Transmission error light looked at. I received a call in the morning from Mike the service advisor about the time needed to diagnose the issue and co Transmission error light looked at. I received a call in the morning from Mike the service advisor about the time needed to diagnose the issue and cost for total diagnostic time/repair. I was informed the issue was identified as a wiring issue with the TCM module and the car would be ready on 6/8. I went to pick up the car the morning of 6/9. I paid and was told the car would be pulled around, I waited 20 mins and noticed customers after me getting their vehicles pulled around. I inquired about what the wait was and was told they will pull it up. I waited another 15 mins and the car had not been pulled up. I walked up to Mike and told him to give me the key which was still in the key box. I pulled the car around myself and noticed the dash trim was bent up and hanging down due to broken mounting clips. This was due to the tech not removing it correctly. I pulled back in to the Service bay and made Mike aware of the situation. He told a porter to take the car back to the tech and have them reattach it. I informed Mike the trim was bent with broken clips and I wanted a replacement (list price $497). He had the porter take the vehicle as I informed him I had to head to work. I received a call a few hours later saying they are replacing the part and it will take a week. Over a week later on 6/17, I called to inquire about the part. Mike said it was on order and I asked him to track it. I got a call a couple of hours later saying the part had arrived. Mike asked when would I like to bring the car in. I informed him he has had the car for over a week and he said he didn’t ask when part came in. The part was ordered on 6/9, shipped out of Romulus, MI and was at the dealer on 6/11. Both labels are on the dash trim part confirm this. I came down to the dealer and asked for the car and the part which I would install myself. How does a dealer not know they have a car or part in their possession? How can the tech think no one would notice the damage? Mistakes happen, but this is just ridiculous. The car was supposed to go to a detail shop and when I informed him of the delay, he asked if I took it to Golling and shook his head at his receptionist. I have overlooked past issues here with a salesman or shuttle driver (pre-covid) whining about distance to drop me home which was within 10 miles. This experience is just ridiculous. The reason people bring their cars to a dealer and pay ridiculous labor rates (over $700 diagnosis) because they expect the people working on their cars to know what they are doing. More
