Satisfied customer I was very satisfied with my overall experience in buying a new car at Mark Christopher Chevrolet of Ontario . First, I went through the Costco Auto r I was very satisfied with my overall experience in buying a new car at Mark Christopher Chevrolet of Ontario . First, I went through the Costco Auto referral. After receiving the name of the dealership I received an email from a Mark Christopher representative right away. The next step I contacted the representative and left a message. The representative Bryan Morales, returned my call right away and we discussed what I was shopping for. The next day Bryan and I again were in contact with what I was shopping for and for what price through Costco. I made an appointment after work and met Bryan. Throughout the entire process Bryan was courteous, professional, and honest. No pressure ever was given by his behalf. I found the car I was hoping for and the next step was the paperwork. Usually, that’s the most dreaded part for me in buying a car but it was so easy with Bryan and Sam. I would definitely recommend Mark Christopher dealership and recommend Bryan Morales too. I look forward to driving my new Chevy car!! More
