I have never dealt with this level of Incompetence. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had , probably not just with cars , but in this lifetime. Took forever to get back. They put me in a bas The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had , probably not just with cars , but in this lifetime. Took forever to get back. They put me in a base sonata. If I went to Lexus with a top of the line rx350 , you think they would put me in a Corolla !!?? I had to tell them where to find a rim guy. Not only were the repairs incorrect, they managed to do more damage to my car. Brought it back FILTHY and with dents from trying to replace window trim. And it’s all documented. Twice they had this vehicle. And the worst part is , corporate wants me to take it back to them. 3 dealers total. All complete fails. Let’s just remember people , it’s a Hyundai. They aren’t even close in the big boy luxury race. Stick to an Audi ;) More

Unfortunately my experience trying to get service, during service, and after service has been the worst experience I have had. I took my car here which is an hour away from where I live into the worst experi service, and after service has been the worst experience I have had. I took my car here which is an hour away from where I live into the worst experience I’ve had trying to get my car fixed. I’m disappointed to say that I was never updated about my car unless I called multiple times. There was miscommunication about my car all the way through. It has been an absolute headache to get my car taken care of and to get ahold of anyone here at this dealership. I was given the wrong parts and they were not replaced come a previous purchase and was told it could be done upon dropping my car off, the splash guard underneath my car is missing and no one can tell me where it is or what happened to it. I am missing my last service sticker from where I got my last oil change from my car which I discovered today and I have tried calling multiple times even leaving a voicemail to which has not been returned. I’m sick and tired of calling to get simple questions answered. I can only imagine what else I will find has happened to my car or what could be missing. More

My service completed at the dealership was a conclusion of a three-month analysis on the oil consumption of my car. We went through some challenging times that were met with professional care. I am extreme of a three-month analysis on the oil consumption of my car. We went through some challenging times that were met with professional care. I am extremely grateful to David who followed up on answering all questions, easy and hard. The service manager came down with Covid and David was there to continue the line of communication. My car is doing much better. The new engine seems to be holding up well so far. I am very appreciative of the way Hyundai stood by the warranty. More
