Bryan Serpa has been my service rep for at a minimum 6 years. He is amazing. I always receive courteous service. I drive from Visalia and he always has a car ready for my use in case I have to leave my A6 years. He is amazing. I always receive courteous service. I drive from Visalia and he always has a car ready for my use in case I have to leave my A6. He keeps me informed through the process. The Audi techs always provide excellent repairs and service. What impresses me the most is that Audi will stand behind it's work! I would not even consider taking my vehicle elsewhere!! More

I dare you to find a service department more dedicated to it's customers than Fresno Audi/Porsche! From the time we drove in Bryan Serpa and the crew treated us and my car like family. Really loved the detai it's customers than Fresno Audi/Porsche! From the time we drove in Bryan Serpa and the crew treated us and my car like family. Really loved the detailed walk around video that was sent to me of the inspection on my car. The staff was very knowledgeable and broke down every part that needed attention on the video which was helpful to me in choosing what services I needed. My car was then fixed in 24hrs!! I was even provided a 2021 Audi Q5 as a loaner while my car was being serviced! Talk about a stress free experience. They even washed my baby for me and had her looking just as sharp as she was running! Thank you Bryan Serpa and Fresno Audi for going above and beyond all my expectations! Customer for life. More

Probably the best thing about the Fresno Audi dealership is their service department. Their manager Shane, is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and customer service orientated. Hugo and Brian are also awesome. I is their service department. Their manager Shane, is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and customer service orientated. Hugo and Brian are also awesome.
