Best experience I’ve ever had during car purchase. The entire team is awesome. Bryan in service has helped me so many times. When it was time to make a new purchase he introduced me to Bob. I was nerv The entire team is awesome. Bryan in service has helped me so many times. When it was time to make a new purchase he introduced me to Bob. I was nervous and anxious about trading in my old car for the new used one. They Made sure all of my concerns were answered and I was completely comfortable because it was all done efficiently and with my interests first. Highly recommend this place, I will never go anywhere else. Bob spent about 30 minutes in the car with me showing me how to use all the new upgrades! More

Customer service Went into have the Def refilled in my 2015 q7. Found out the transfer pump was not functioning correctly. Audi didn’t cover the cost because we were 3 Went into have the Def refilled in my 2015 q7. Found out the transfer pump was not functioning correctly. Audi didn’t cover the cost because we were 3,000 miles out of warranty. Despite the fact that I have had issue with different aspects of the diesel system. Audi Fresno covered the cost of the part and the labor. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. More

SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE!!!!! A great introduction to Audi This is my first Audi and I waited a long time to get one. Audi's are different and complicated (good things) and the Service Center folks make ever This is my first Audi and I waited a long time to get one. Audi's are different and complicated (good things) and the Service Center folks make everything easy to understand, you know what it's going to cost, why we're doing what we're doing and they go out of their way to accommodate both odd questions and the life interruption that getting serviced entails. In the short time that I've owned my 2017 A6, I've needed a 20k & a 30k check, had a major recall done (fuel rails) and a rat chewed the HVAC pressure sensor wire; shutting down my A/C. All were handled to perfection, took way shorter than I expected and the cost was way more reasonable than I had been led to expect with Audis. I think it should also be noted that I received this service, despite not buying the Audi I test drove there, but from another source. It didn't matter. All of this has been a serious surprise and a heck of a lot different than most dealership experiences, of which I have had quite a few. Special thanks should be given for outstanding service, above and beyond, to Abel Lopez and Bryan Serpa. More
