Problems with tail light. 911 Thought a bulb was out on the brake light. Not that easy. Some critter chewed a few wires😡. Great Service Experience Extremely friendly service group that makes you feel your business is very important to them. This time the service was simply an oil change and tire rotation, but they made sure I was aware of the wait time and that they would be happy to transport me anywhere I might need/want to go. I waited it out and spent my time looking at all the great cars they had in the showroom area. More

Not accommodating for car loaner. But no choice. Needed to bring the car for rear window repair.. My husband had to take time off to give me a ride back home. It is 45 min ride. When the car was ready, I planned to pick up the car in the morning by taking Amtrack. Made an arrrangement with the service man to be picked up by the dealer shuttle. I kept on calling on my arrival at Fresno. No one answered. Finally I took Uber. More over I had long wait time until someone attended Actually Brian who is not my service person started helping. Shane was not going to be there, so he gave to Hugo. This is nothing to do with the Sevice person. It is the dealership that I have complaining about. We have Audi and Porsche. This dealership does not cater to customer service. We have had super service at Lexus and now we get excellent service at Mercedes. Hope you look into getting better. Pain Free 45K Service I went to Fresno Audi to service my 2013 Q5. It was a pleasure working with Bryan Serpa as he was my Service Advisor. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Bryan was extremely hospitable and addressed all my questions about continuing with Audi Care. I would definitely use this facility again to service my vehicle and would highly recommend this location to others. More

Communication problem They don't answer the phone. Voice mails are left just to make an appointment. They don't always call back. It takes several phone calls to get thr They don't answer the phone. Voice mails are left just to make an appointment. They don't always call back. It takes several phone calls to get through to someone and long holds. The work was excellent as far as I can tell, but they got the car Friday & kept the car over the weekend. No one called on Monday; we had to call 3 times on Tuesday just to find a live person who would answer the phone. Operator kept sending us to voicemail or a phone which never picked up. Agent said he got busy and he forgot to call to let us know the car was ready. We don't blame him, but if someone can't let us know, someone else should follow through. The worst part of the whole service appointment was trying to get someone on the phone to help us. It makes us think again about using another service place for the next appointment. I will give you 2 stars only because the service person was nice when we finally got to him, but as far as the dealership itself, you need to work on communication skills with your operator/appointment maker. More
