I just want to give a huge shoutout to James Wood for saving me from getting scammed! I took my car with only 5,000 miles on it to a local shop for a simple oil change. They told me I needed a new batter saving me from getting scammed! I took my car with only 5,000 miles on it to a local shop for a simple oil change. They told me I needed a new battery and possibly a starter. That didn’t sit right with me. Even though James Wood is a 30 minute drive, I knew it was worth it. I called them, took my car in, and guess what? After a full check-up, they told me nothing was wrong with my car! 🙌 I’m SO glad I trusted my instincts and went to the dealership, especially since my car is still under warranty. I was being lazy, and that almost cost me $300 I didn’t need to spend. From now on, James Wood is where I’m going even for oil changes.
