Laura, let me start by saying thank you for taking the time review us. We welcome all reviews from our guests whether good or not so good. We use all reviews for training opportunities and see how we can learn from them. We did research your visit with us and found out where the confusion may have occurred. We had you down for the Works Oil Change service, which we did do. The cost of the The Works package is normally $32.45 plus the cost of the oil and filter. The Service Adviser did catch you billed the wrong price for the oil at $11/qt for 8 qts. It was corrected to $6/qt for 8 qts and for the inconvenience, he dropped the price of The Works package to $19.45. The reason for the oil being so high priced is your vehicle, Chevrolet Silverado, requires synthetic oil per the manufacture guidelines. We are sorry if you feel you were not treated fairly, we never want our customers to think thus; that is why the Advisor gave you a price break on the services. We are more than happy to discuss the charge with you and give a breakdown of all the fees. Thanks again for your review and we will use what happened to make sure errors are caught right away..
