Misleading and disappointing I inquired about a vehicle I found online. The dealership was quick to contact me to set up an appointment. I live about an hour away from the dealers I inquired about a vehicle I found online. The dealership was quick to contact me to set up an appointment. I live about an hour away from the dealership and they contacted me once again just as I was leaving for my appointment. The salesman assured me that the vehicle was available even though they had an appointment earlier in the day and informed me another individual was going to be checking out the car later in the day. I was greeted by Bryar who was ready to show me the car. I took it for a test drive and was excited to put an offer on the car. I didn't think that once I was looking at the car, that is, taking it for a test drive and put an offer on the car IMMEDIATELY after taking it for a test drive, they would sell it to someone else right in front of me. Once I made an offer Brayer had to check with his manager who came over and told us they already sold the car. Yes, sold it to another person as I was taking it for a spin. What a WASTE of time, their guarantee means little to nothing from my experience. Very disappointed in the dealership and being mislead, would not recommend. they put the used in used car salesman. More

He was extremely helpful when we found the vehicle we purchased needed some minor service work. Shawn, the sales manager went way above and beyond making sure that I was pleased with my new vehicle -- even after I took it home. ALSO, Luis in the service center was EXTREMELY helpful in getting some minor issues fixed after I took the vehicle home and even taught me how to properly fill a tire (always thought I looked at the number on the tire - not the door...). The service was above and beyond my expectations. Buying a new vehicle is a huge commitment but I felt incredibly safe and at ease making it. More
