Because of some recent events, I had terrible credit and going into major surgery and being off of work. I was very worried about my finances. And on top of all this, I was terrified. Lex was calm, cool, collected, and had an amazing way of being professional yet compassionate. I actually feel like the entire thing was a miracle. I know that sounds stupid. He was so calm and I was incredibly on the edge and scared and confused and couldn’t even take in most of the information. He was so able to make things very simple without me feeling stupid. My interaction with lacks and the car I drove away with was nothing less than a miracle. If you have honors or special things you do for employees that go above and beyond, he should get them all. Also, I forget his name, but the man who worked on the financing with me, was equally as compassionate. I think he took a loss and he calmed me and said, look, I will do whatever I can do to get you out of here with this car. I’ve got you. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any area of my life. More

Anthony D was very easy to work with when I was purchasing my new CR-V. However, as for the whole buying experience, I did not have that great of an experience as I have with other dealerships when purchasing my new CR-V. The finance manager Jorge G was very rude and quite condescending. I was contacted a few days later by Anthony at around 8:30pm about refilling out a survey and changing it to a perfect score, where it was implied that I would have a gift card owed to me withheld until I did so. As of writing this, over 3 weeks have passed and I never received my gift card. And when asked about it to the sales manager I did not receive a response. Between their rude staff and shady tactics, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. More

Don’t buy a used car from Wilde Honda without an independent inspection. Over $20,000 of repairs needed in the first 6 months of ownership for a vehicle that isn’t drivable. Either Wilde Honda did independent inspection. Over $20,000 of repairs needed in the first 6 months of ownership for a vehicle that isn’t drivable. Either Wilde Honda did a really poor inspection, or they were willing to sell a deep flowed vehicle to an unsuspecting customer. We live 2 hours away, so when we had some issues on the way home, we just had our local repair ship fix then – trim falling off, passenger door handle coming apart, serpentine belt replacement ($528). A week later, the lift gate strut broke slamming the hatchback down (the hydraulic pistons were both heavily corroded). Back lift gate is no longer functional (parts on national backorder). A month later, we tried to use the air conditioning for the first time and it didn’t work. A compressor pump needed to be replaced, plus a transmission fluid leak was discovered and a micro-V belt had to be replaced ($1399.27 for that trip). 2 months after that, the check engine check light came on – code read as emissions and was reset. On 9/28/23 while driving the exhaust system because very loud. We took the vehicle to our local shop immediately. The exhaust system was heavily corroded and needs major repairs. We asked the shop to do a full inspection of the vehicle before proceeding with the exhaust repairs. This is when we found the full extent of the horror… The transmission was showing multiple codes for Jerk/Shudder and needs to be replaced. The intake manifold isn’t functioning. The catalytic converter is broken. Wilde Honda later Estimated those repairs at $18,848.48. When we brought these issues to the attention of Wilde Honda’s general manager Peter Bothe, their initial response was that they would tow the vehicle to auction and would give use whatever it sold for ($2000?) toward another vehicle purchase at Wilde Honda. The used car manager (Brent Totten) also told us that legally the vehicle only needs to function until it leaves the lot – if only we had known their attitude toward their cars BEFORE our purchase. After numerous failed attempts to talk to Peter Bothe, my wife and I were able to speak to him on the phone. He suggested bringing the vehicle to Wilde Honda and having someone from the service team inspect the vehicle and see if they could make the repairs for a reasonable cost – which turned out to be 18,848.84 (not including the lift gate). Their final offer to use was to trade in the vehicle and get $2500 toward another vehicle at Wilde Honda. If a proper inspection had been performed on this vehicle a majority of these issues would have been known. Either Wilde Honda didn’t do a proper inspection, or they did know about these issues and decided to sell this vehicle to us anyway. Its been about a month now with my Audi that Leticia and helped me get at Wild East Town Honda. I absolutely love my new vehicle. They were patient with me on some paperwork issues I had and offered to hold helped me get at Wild East Town Honda. I absolutely love my new vehicle. They were patient with me on some paperwork issues I had and offered to hold the vehicle for me until it was figured out (we figured it out that day). The manager Brent even got down on his hands and knees to check out a question i had on the bottom of the vehicle. Kenn in Financing was great to work with and stayed late on a Saturday to get everything completed for me. There ended up being a small issue with the sun visor I noticed after purchasing, Leticia promptly ordered the part for me no questions asked. I'm very pleased with the whole buying process and would be happy to work with Leticia and Wilde East Towne Honda in the future. More
