Luis was courteous and understanding to my needs in searching for a new vehicle. After crunching numbers, we found a solution that worked for me and I purchased my 2021 Buick Encore GX Essence, that I love. All that was left was to work through the financing, where I worked with Bryce. He was understanding as well & explained in detail the warranty packages(which are top notch coverage) that were available & also presented a couple of different payment options for me to choose from to make my purchase & within my budget.
