There was one on the lot and he held it for us as we drove an hour to see it. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated extremely well and with upmost respect. After a test drive and us deciding to proceed with buying the Rubicon, Charly took over and was exceptionally nice, had a great attitude, extremely personable and a great sense of humor. He answered all of our questions and never left us wondering. At no point did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable.. He made the entire experience stress free! Next we met with Bryce in Finance. Again, extremely nice and personable and while the finance part of buying a car is usually the most stressful, he provided a smooth transaction for us. Lastly, Lacey in the service department helped us with getting the Rubicon's window tinted. She was very responsive to all of our questions and getting us set up with an appointment. Communications was perfect. The service dept was super quick and it was an overall perfect experience! We have bought a number of vehicles before - and this was by far, the easiest, least stressful and quickest experience we have had. Since we are die-hard Jeep/Ram drivers, we will certainly come back to Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper for our next vehicle. -The Lindquists More

WARNING - Just a high-pressure sales and deceptive pricing dealership. We negotiated a price for the vehicle I was interested in over the phone, but when I arrived, the sales contract listed addition pricing dealership. We negotiated a price for the vehicle I was interested in over the phone, but when I arrived, the sales contract listed additional items (extended warranty) that were added for $1900. The sales managers claim that all their vehicles have these additional items and they wouldn't remove them. I almost had to leave to get them to remove them. Finance office person took an hour of my time trying to pressure me into purchasing another extended warranty ($2000) even though the vehicle I was buying still had 3yrs and 85,000 miles of remaining factory Basic and Powertrain warranty. Very high-pressure and un-professional. The salesman (Michael) was put in a very bad position. He was very professional and understanding and I would recommend him, but not the Shottenkirk dealership. More
