First the service at Cobb County Toyota was above and beyond satisfactorily, we were originally greeted by three different sales reps who gave the upmost service and even went out of their way to assist beyond satisfactorily, we were originally greeted by three different sales reps who gave the upmost service and even went out of their way to assist us. When I was ready to test drive a RAV4 we were set up with Bryce who made my whole experience much simpler. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable about your products and went step by step through all of the features of all your vehicles! Being a Saturday I was under the impression that I would be waiting long periods without service however the staff was quick and efficient with all customers! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and absolutely make sure that you absolutely want the vehicle you want before you buy! This experience was truly one of a kind and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I have already recommended for others to come to this dealership! Bryce was also exceptional, all praises to him for his dedication and knowledge to assisting the customers, you can really tell the store cares about putting you in the right car! I really didn’t know what I wanted until I got in the RAV4 and had it’s features explained in great detail, that aspect of the experience was just far above the rest of the locations in Cobb county that I went to! More
