Excellent Customer Service I have been coming to Maita Toyota for 25 years and the level of customer service has been excellent during all this time. There has been a number of different service managers over the years and all of them have taken good care of me and all my Toyota cars. Val and Lee are my absolute favorites, not only are they awesome with customer service but just awesome people that treat their customers like family. More

Brought in my 2008 Tacoma for its 90,000 mile maintenance. I haven't driven much since work was completed, but everything seems fine. Above and Beyond Brought our 2014 Rav4 in for what turned out to be a loose sunroof frame. Took tech Chris out to recreate the noises and he agreed it was coming from Brought our 2014 Rav4 in for what turned out to be a loose sunroof frame. Took tech Chris out to recreate the noises and he agreed it was coming from the sunroof area. Service writer Bryce wrote the work order and we showed him our warranty plan from another company (we purchased the vehicle used) and he followed up on it. Turns out the warranty company denied the claim as "rattles are not covered". Bryce went the extra mile and submitted the claim to Toyota HQ to see if the sunroof could get fixed as a "good will" gesture. We were in the process of appealing the warranty company's denial of our claim when Bryce notified us that Toyota would cover the costs of the replacement of the sunroof frame. Can't thank Bryce and Toyota enough for backing up their products!!!! FYI ... 2 Toyota family, the Rav4 and a 2017 Tacoma More

Not performing services as promised I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the service, my tire pressure was 27, 28,29 and 29. After the service, it is said on their paper the pressure of all 4 tires have been adjusted to 35. Guess what, all the tires' pressure remain the same like before the service. That indicate Maita has lied on their service report. Maita can't even adjust the tire pressure, how can you expect them and rely them on the other more important services? I will switch to other dealership for my future vehicle maintenance. More
