Not performing services as promised I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the service, my tire pressure was 27, 28,29 and 29. After the service, it is said on their paper the pressure of all 4 tires have been adjusted to 35. Guess what, all the tires' pressure remain the same like before the service. That indicate Maita has lied on their service report. Maita can't even adjust the tire pressure, how can you expect them and rely them on the other more important services? I will switch to other dealership for my future vehicle maintenance. More

Maintenance Came in for the 4th time to get the rattle sound fixed from my brand new Toyota Camry(2017). It’s still there, so I Would say the technicians are not that great, but the overall experience from greeting to getting the car back was good. Hopefully some one sees this and reaches me back so that the problem can be fixed. More
