All my vehicle service assessments have been addressed upfront and with respect and transparency. If I had any questions/issues about the work performed, service advisors ensured my questions were answered and the work completed to my satisfaction. My most recent service had the added benefit of ongoing text updates and a free Uber trip home. Thank you to Bryce Shibata for exceptional customer service and professionalism. More

The entire process from dropping off to picking up my vehicle has been streamlined into a very efficient and time saving procedure. Even creating an appointment is easy. Over time, I have managed to form a trusting relationship with several of their service advisors, which is important to me. Also, in the unlikely event that something hasn't gone according to plan, management has gone out of it's way to make things right which I greatly appreciate. More

Service APPT I had a very pleasant service appointment with Toyota. They put the heat shield back on my car after it fell off on a BLM road adventure and updated m I had a very pleasant service appointment with Toyota. They put the heat shield back on my car after it fell off on a BLM road adventure and updated my software per a recall. My one complaint is that the tires (even with the discount) are more expensive at Toyota than at tire places in town, so I ended up going elsewhere to get tires. Other than that, Bryce was very helpful and knowledgeable. More

Excellent Customer Service I have been coming to Maita Toyota for 25 years and the level of customer service has been excellent during all this time. There has been a number of different service managers over the years and all of them have taken good care of me and all my Toyota cars. Val and Lee are my absolute favorites, not only are they awesome with customer service but just awesome people that treat their customers like family. More
