visit. While my previous experience at Crest Volvo—particularly during the purchase of my SUV in December—was outstanding, this recent interaction unfortunately fell short of those expectations.
During this visit, Bryce assisted me on behalf of Mark, who was unavailable. While I understand that service advisors have busy schedules, I couldn’t help but feel like an inconvenience throughout the process. It was especially disheartening to observe a noticeably more courteous and engaging demeanor from Bryce when interacting with his own clients. As someone who was referred to Crest Volvo by two satisfied customers, and who has also recommended your dealership based on my own positive experience, this inconsistency in treatment was disappointing.
I hope that in the future, all customers—regardless of who their assigned advisor is—receive the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention. A little kindness goes a long way, and I believe it’s a standard that should be consistent across all client interactions.
Moving forward, I would prefer not to be assisted by Bryce again. I genuinely appreciate the high standards Crest Volvo is known for and trust that this feedback will be taken constructively to help maintain that reputation.
