I’m putting a ONE STAR but that I’m afraid it’s still too generous. My experience with Gene Messer service department by far has been the worst service I have ever had to deal with! They had my 2021 F-150 P generous. My experience with Gene Messer service department by far has been the worst service I have ever had to deal with! They had my 2021 F-150 Platinum for nearly two weeks I have 3 factory recalls that needs attention and the vehicles horn was inoperable and I also requested to have my vehicle looked over so I can make a 3,000 mile trip up North for Thanksgiving. Audrey my service rep told me it would be at least two days to complete the work including any parts needing. I set the appointment time a little more then two before leaving. We actually delayed leaving to complete the required service. Rear axle half-shaft and hub assembly replacement “Status, Recall incomplete” Reprogram integrated trailer relay module “Status, Recall incomplete” Windshield glass reattachment “Status Recall incomplete” As for the horn not working they said I would have to have the BCM replaced ”Status not completed” Nearly two weeks and not one single thing was completed. I have since made arrangements to have my vehicle serviced at a different dealership. I can no longer trust Gene Messer to do the work. More
