My husband and I stopped to check out Mazda on a whim. It was almost closing time so I didn't want to stay too long and keep the staff after hours. Most sales person(s) are like sharks and we are prey but this was not the case with Ryan. He came to introduce himself a few moments later, walked around with us, while listening to what I was looking for and not looking for in a vehicle. He was not pushy or pressured whatsoever and I was really thankful for that! I told him I would be back the following day so I could look at the vehicle(s) in more detail, but unfortunately he wasn't working but said he would pass along my info to another sales rep...I wasn't having it so I told him I'd return the next day he was working, especially if I were to purchase a Mazda, I wanted to make sure he'd get the commission. It really meant a lot to me that he wasn't the pushy type and just trying to make a buck. When I did return, any questions I had, he was able to answer without any BS, any questions I had that he didn't have an answer to, he immediately went to look for the answer. Also the fact that his supervisor came out and introduced himself as well was very reassuring that they actually cared! I made sure to tell the supervisor how happy I was with Ryan and that he wasn't pushy just made it even more enjoyable. Let's just say, I purchased my first Mazda within 2 visits, a test drive and the feeling of the staff being family. We were always greeted with a smile and a hello regardless who we walked by. Ryan is the person to go see if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a great experience and so glad and definitely the right choice. More

From the moment I parked anxious and enthusiastic to search for my next vehicle the hospitality was tremendous. Mr. Jimenez and the rest of his colleagues were very warm and welcoming. Offering coffee and snacks in abundance while we overlooked the options of vehicles I could choose from and discussing and negotiating prices and everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. I highly recommend this outstanding place if anyone is ever looking to invest in a new vehicle. I am an older person who unfortunately has no other family so this was only the second car I've ever made by myself. When I got there Christian my salesperson literally opened my door and treated me as family so this was only the second car I've ever made by myself. When I got there Christian my salesperson literally opened my door and treated me as if I was a member of his family. Everyone in that place from the business office to the finance guy to Christian for all the other guys that are hanging around there made me feel so absolutely comfortable that I cannot put it into words. I told Christian how much I want it for the car I was trading in, I told him how much I was looking for my payments to be and they just did it I don't know how I don't ask questions but they were wonderful. Unfortunately the original car that I purchased did not work out. My mechanic looked at it the day I purchased it and told me you have to go talk to these guys and see if there's anything that could be done for you. Being a used car of course there's no guarantee of anything. I called South Mazda at probably about 6:30 7:00 at night and spoke with Buck that man, without any hesitation whatsoever, said I'm going to put you over to service they're going to set it up to have a tow truck come over and get your car right now. The first words out of his mouth where are you okay. And he wasn't even one of the people that I had dealings with that morning. I got a call back from my salesperson Christian who said do you want me to send the tow truck now or do you want them to wait till tomorrow morning. I told them no I'll drive in my neighbor's going to come with me I'll drive in and bring the car in. When I got there there were three similar cars waiting for me to inspect, they were all set up for me I had nothing that I had to do except pick one. I picked the car and within about an hour I was driving out with a new car, I mean new used car. This place was my godsend and I will never forget the kindness that all these people showed me More
