Despite being 2 hours away he provided me with videos and pictures of the exact car I was getting, and even supplied the VIN number so I could purchase insurance ahead of time. He was extremely responsive to both calls and texts. When I arrived, my new Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition was ready and waiting for me.
