Excellent experience. Requested a lease quote online and received a prompt response from Aillyn/Alex. They arranged to have the car cleaned and ready for my scheduled appointment. Received a cool video walk-around created by Christian prior to my arrival to show off my new ride :) On arrival, I was warmly welcomed and introduced to Christian and Alex - both awesome guys! Christian took me for a test drive, then he got my tag moved over from trade-in. Beth gave me a tech tour of my new car - she is hilarious! Waited (only briefly) for the finance manager to finish up signing/paper work, then I was on my way! Received a solid offer for my trade-in and very happy with lower monthly payment for the next 36 months! Now just enjoying the 2021 Mazda 3 hatchback - has lots of new standard features (compared to my 2017 Mazda 3). Overall, the Sports Mazda North team is superb. They are warm, welcoming, and forthright throughout the car buying process. Check them out! More

I purchased the car on a Saturday. I had my own financing set up through Vystar. I called Vystar on Monday to verify everything and that is when I was told that the loan was set up through the dealership an set up through Vystar. I called Vystar on Monday to verify everything and that is when I was told that the loan was set up through the dealership and not directly through Vystar and myself. Long story short, Bud Daley financed the loan through the dealership without telling me. When I asked why did I have to fill out a membership application for Vystar and he said that they just like to have it on file. When I asked if it was okay that the financed amount was a little over the Not To Exceed check that I had from Vystar and needed to pay the difference out of pocket, he said that it was okay. And when I tried to present Bud Daley the check from Vystar he said that they didn't need it. Each time he could have been honest and said that he was financing through the dealership and not what I already had set up. When I called on Monday, Bud went back and forth with me rather than trying to correct the financing. Eventually, he said that I could come in to correct it. I drive 2 hours each way to get the car. I was not going to drive 4 hours to give Bud Daley a check that I tried to give him when I financed the car. I asked to speak to his manager and the phone was disconnected. I was able to get Scott Wilhelm, the sales manager, to help me. Waiting to see if this will be reconciled. More
