He appears to be honest and confident man; committed and passionate about what he does at leading people, and selling and servicing cars. He’s a good communicator, reads people well, and has a natural ability of bringing out the best in others and showing them how to work together as a team. And yet, he seems to be a humble man, who uses his God given strengths and perhaps his weaknesses too, to bring a team together.
