Byeong succeeded where 'sales' departments at other dealers failed. November 2022. Tough time to find an available new car. I reached out to Garavel Subaru via their "contact us" form on the websit dealers failed. November 2022. Tough time to find an available new car. I reached out to Garavel Subaru via their "contact us" form on the website.... Just as I had done with numerous manufacturers and dealers. BYEONG CHEON was the FIRST sales person to respond quickly, professionally and spoke to me like I'm a human being... Giving any/all information I could want and asking key questions to help him give me what I want. The cars I was researching online didn't pan out in person as I hoped because I'm picky and have a sensitive back. Ended up buying a car that wasn't even on my radar when researching, because it was the right fit in MANY ways. Buying a car with all the shortages and whatnot is tough enough as it. My trade in was 14 years old, if there was anyone that could have been 'taken' by a dealer it was me. I had no plan, no bargaining power in terms of trade-in or down payment and yet, I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. Pleased with the car, how I got it and who I got it from. The day I decided on the car was the day I drove it home... On a Sunday no less.. Try Byeong, try Garavel Subaru. Thanks folks :) More

Car price was not great but OK in these times. Feels like being in one big psychological test seeking to extract money. The worst was the guy in the back, the swaggering psycho greedbot shall I figurately say, who basically waterboards you with tales of how fragile and unreliable your car is and therefore you need a very expensive service contract. That's not what is said in the lot! Much of what I was told would likely break isn’t even an option on my trim level. And then when you select one, he doesn’t process the one you indicated but another one. Gladly the cheaper one. As they say, caveat emptor. More
